Return a Product

Thank you for shopping at EcoDirect! To return your purchase, please fill out the form below. Once you have filled out the form, you will be contacted by our RMA specialist with further instructions.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom built or special order products.
  • All International Orders - All Sales Final
  • Products that are not new, NOT in their original packaging or that have been used or installed cannot be accepted
  • Products delivered more than 30 days ago

Please be aware of the following:

  • Returns subject to a 20% restock fee.
  • Freight shipments are subject to approval and will require review.
  • You will be responsible for shipping your return back to EcoDirect
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be received within 30 days of return merchandise authorization, or return merchandise case will be closed.
  • Products must include all components originally shipped with the item (cables, hardware, etc)

If your product is defective, this may be a warranty issue. The best solution is to contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement. If you need assistance contacting the manufacturer, our customer service team would be happy to help.
