LG Solar

LG Solar is a branch of LG Electronics, Inc which, in addition to funding R&D for solar energy since the mid-1980s, has dedicated itself to going green, planning to reduce greenhouse gases in product usage by 150,000 tons by 2020. The company doesn't see LG Solar as an expansion; rather, solar is seen as a new growth engine of the LG Group. Currently LG Solar is achieving vertical integration in the solar power industry.
