I received the product in a timely manner. The only problem I have is the way it was shipped through UPS. When it came to my door I had to pay another 58 dollars on top of what I paid as a brokerage fee. At this cost I could have ordered it in Canada. I have had other things sent to me from the States,from other companies in California, through Fed Ex and they did not charge a brokerage fee. If I would have known this, the transfer switch could have been sent to your store and not sent out from the warehouse from Power Max. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope to be ordering other items from you in the future.
