The Zephyr GM model solar gable fans are ideal for virtually any roof type featuring gable-end architecture or wall mounting applications. With models designed for use in a variety of retrofit applications, The Zephyr GM series retrofit solar gable fans offer easy installation behind or underneath any properly sized passive vent. For models featuring both fan and louvered gable vent, The Zephyr GM series wall mount fans offer a complete solar powered ventilation solution. The Zephyr GM model series is a great alternative for customers who want the benefits of solar powered ventilation without the need for making a roof penetration.

Options

Option: Thermal Switch

Zephyr series solar attic fans feature an optional thermal switch control. This switch monitors attic temperature and tells the attic fan to shut down when it falls below a certain range.

Option: Universal Bracket

For models with detached panels, you can choose between a universal bracket and a standard bracket. The standard bracket is a set of four z-shaped brackets which simply attach to your panel and to your roof. If you need more mobility, select the universal bracket, which can mount to roofs, walls, or poles (excellent options for meeting the requirements of homeowners associations) and adjust as needed to maximize sun exposure.

Option: Cable Extension

Detached fans come standard with a 15 foot power cable (18 AWG). If you need a longer distance cable run, you can upgrade to a 40 foot extended power cable (14 AWG). All Attic Breeze power cables feature exterior grade UV/weather resistant cable and weatherproof quick-connect plugs for easy installation.
